Take photographs of yourself before and after completing the challenge. After you submit these pictures online, our judges will choose the winners and distribute the cash prizes. 
You can lose weight and body fat while building muscle and boosting your energy levels. You can also gain self-esteem and realize how fun staying fit can be. 

We offer delicious, guilt-free recipes that fit every diet, including vegan, gluten-free, keto, and other regimens. Check out our Instagram page to see examples of our meals: Warning: don’t scroll with an empty stomach.

We offer 3 plans that you can choose from: Basic ($95), Advanced ($121), and Ultimate ($154). 
If you’re not satisfied with your results, you can get a 100% refund within the first 30 days. 
To connect with other participants, you will be able to join our Facebook group after you enroll.
The equipment you use is up to you. We offer workouts that do not require any equipment, as well as workouts that you can do at the gym. 
Right in the comfort of your own home. Our live fitness classes are remote, so you will get a similar experience to an in-person class without having to leave your living room.
